RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are satisfied with your purchase from Liberated People. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

 

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be new and in unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached and intact.

 

RETURN PROCESS

 

Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Return of your purchase is permitted ONLY when the goods delivered fall under the following criteria:

  1. The goods received are damaged
  2. There are visible defects with the print
  3. The item is the wrong size from the one ordered
  4. The item is the wrong color from the one ordered
  5. The item is the wrong design from the one ordered
  6. The item is the wrong style from the one ordered

 

If the goods delivered to you fall under one of the criteria noted above, please follow below steps to request return:

  1. You must submit a request by sending an email to customer service at hello@liberatedpeople.com for a return within 14 days after you receive your goods.
  2. You obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  3. After the 14 days have elapsed you acknowledge that your rights to return are considered forfeit. If goods are returned prior to submitting your request those goods are considered forfeit.
  4. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

  1. You must submit evidence of damaged goods by sending us a clear picture of the item. The item should be placed on a flat surface, with visible tags and errors in the picture. We will use this information to help with your order processing, as well as to eliminate errors indanaged item in the future.
  2. Returns can be exchanged for the original purchased goods or refunded for the original purchase price. Inquiries are typically addressed within 72 hours.
  3. Return shipping charges shall be borne by the customer. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. Liberated People is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
  4. We will send you return instructions separately by email.

 

 

 

 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your time to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

 

Shipping and Handling is not refundable.

 

If you are making an exchange because you would like a different size, style or color, you will be charged for shipping on your exchange. The return/exchange value is determined by the last retail price of the item.

 

Note: We will only refund shipping charges if we sent the wrong item or the item sent was defective.

 

Late or missing refunds

If you have yet to receive your refund, first check your bank account thoroughly.

Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Gift Cards
  • Sale Items
  • Discounted Items
  • Final Sale Items

  • Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
