Return Policy

Returns 

Returns and exchanges are accepted on select items. We will accept selected items for a refund or exchange within 30 days from the original shipment date. 

Shipping and Handling is not refundable. Sale items are final. 

If you are making an exchange for a different size, style or color, there is no charge outside of shipping the new item. 

Note: We will only refund shipping charges if we sent the wrong item or if the item sent was defective. 

To be eligible for a return or exchange, all merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, unused and in its original condition in the original packaging along with a proof of purchase or receipt. 

Please note: We do not accept returns on products that were not purchased via this website.

Refunds Items

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. 

Sale Items 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at hello@liberatedpeople.com for further instruction.
